Himavat: From a Dream to a Travel Powerhouse!
In 2015, Rajat Singh (Director) and Himanshu Shekhar (Managing Director) founded Himavat in Jaigaon, sharing a dream to craft unforgettable travel experiences. Rajat and Himanshu, passionate wanderers who had explored far and wide, brought their love for adventure to life through this venture. What started as a small idea soon blossomed into a thriving travel company.
Himavat: A Journey of Adventure & Trust!
By 2017, we had served 2000+ travellers and built 500+ strong client relationships, turning dreams into thrilling yet seamless adventures. Today, Himavat stands as a symbol of passion and vision, inspiring countless explorers to embrace the spirit of adventure!
Himavat’s Big Leap: Growth & Expansion!
Between 2015-18, smart investments and expansions fuelled Himavat’s rise, with a 200% growth rate year after year! By 2018, we moved from Jaigaon to Siliguri, expanded our team, and cemented our place as a market leader in adventure travel! 🚀✨
A Year of Innovation & Growth!
In 2019, Himavat organized 1500+ activities across 12+ destinations, earning recognition in India’s adventure travel scene. As demand for unique experiences soared, we expanded into multi-day tours and even opened a new outlet in Delhi to serve more travellers. The journey was just getting started!
Come Back After COVID!
The COVID-19 pandemic hit hard, forcing us to close our Delhi branch, but we refused to give up. Instead, we poured our energy into Siliguri, rebuilding with strength and determination. With unwavering dedication, we regained traveller trust, welcoming many backs for new adventures. Their support fuelled our comeback, and today, Himavat stands stronger than ever—creating unforgettable travel experiences with passion and resilience!

In 2023, Himavat focused on expanding across India, adding more destinations while strengthening its presence in the Northeast. At the same time, we connected with more partners in the global tour market, broadening our reach and travel offerings.
