Tour Plan
Expand allArrival at Paro International Airport. Meet and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Paro Rinpung Dzong, the National Museum (Ta Dzong), and Kyichu Lhakhang Temple. Overnight stay at Paro.
After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. Visit Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma Statue, and Tashichho Dzong. Later, visit the Traditional Crafts Emporium for Bhutanese handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Visit Folk Heritage Museum, Textile Museum, National Library of Bhutan, Changangkha Lhakhang, and Motithang Takin Preserve. Spend the afternoon relaxing at leisure or exploring local cafés. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
After breakfast, drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass with its beautiful panoramic Himalayan views and 108 Chortens. Visit Punakha Dzong and walk over the Suspension Bridge. Overnight stay in Punakha.
Spend an extra day in Punakha to enjoy more relaxation and light sightseeing. Visit local villages or enjoy a gentle nature walk along the river. Visit Punakha Suspension Bridge again or explore local culture at your own pace. Overnight stay in Punakha.
After breakfast, proceed to the peaceful Phobjikha Valley. Visit Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple) and Gangtey Monastery. Enjoy a nature walk and soak in the serene environment of the glacial valley. Overnight stay in Phobjikha.
After breakfast, drive back to Paro. In the afternoon, visit the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), a moderate trek taking 3–4 hours round trip. Return to the hotel for rest. Overnight stay in Paro.
After breakfast, relax at your hotel. Later, transfer to Paro International Airport for departure. No sightseeing on this day to allow for a comfortable and stress-free exit.
